To thrive as a Project Based Virtual Assistant, you need strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, often supported by prior administrative experience or relevant training. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom) is typically required.
