As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate people, resources, and partners to ensure quality results, clear communication, and timely recovery for clients facing disasters like fire, water, and mould damage. What You’ll Do
  • Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients, subtrades, adjusters, and insurance companies.
  • Manage claims, inspections, and work orders with precision and detail.
  • Oversee multiple projects and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in restoration, including insurance-related projects.
  • WRT and FSRT certifications (additional IICRC certifications are an asset).
  • Strong technical skills with industry tools (DASH, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Docusketch, Encircle, Symbility, CoreLogic, Microsoft Office).
  • Proven leadership and team development experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety practices.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record.
  • Secondary education in Construction Management or related field is an asset.
