Job description

We've teamed up with a leading niche industrial equipment manufacturing client in the GNO area that's looking for a Project Coordinator to support equipment design and layout projects while coordinating activities between customers, dealers, and internal engineering teams. This role combines technical design, project coordination, and customer interaction to deliver customized equipment solutions. This is an excellent entry level opportunity with a company that offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including an annual bonus, and a great corporate culture which fosters loyalty and very low turnover.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop 2D and 3D equipment layouts using AutoCAD
  • Use Leica 3D scanning technology to capture site measurements
  • Perform equipment sizing calculations and ROI/payback analysis using Excel
  • Prepare project quotations, installation drawings, and technical documentation
  • Support pre-sale and post-sale technical requests from customers and dealers
  • Collaborate with Product Design Engineers on new or modified equipment solutions
  • Deliver project presentations and reports as needed

Qualifications
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or Design Drafting Associate with relevant experience)
  • 0-2 years of experience with AutoCAD (2D/3D) and mechanical design
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
