Are you a passionate professional ready to take the reins of dynamic land development projects? Atwell is looking for an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee land development projects, primarily retail and industrial in Dallas, TX. 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Impact: Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with our high standards and client expectations.
  • Design with Precision: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results that exceed their expectations.
  • Expand Horizons: Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to our firm's growth and success.
  • Manage Financials: Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure Quality: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold our commitment to high standards.
