Responsibilities
  • Direct and execute capital projects from inception through design, construction, start-up, validation, and approval.
  • Develop project timelines, oversee project team activities, and take accountability for project completion, deliverables, and business outcomes.
  • Apply defined asset reconfiguration and project management processes to meet quality, customer service, cost, inventory, and business objectives.
  • Drive project planning, execution, governance, and communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with manufacturing, materials, facilities, distribution, engineering, and maintenance teams to support smooth, continuous, cost-effective, and controlled project outcomes.
  • Incorporate Lean, Six Sigma, process excellence, and project management methodologies to improve execution and deliver sustainable results.
  • Ensure projects meet applicable quality, regulatory, health, safety, environmental, and company compliance requirements.
  • Coach project associates and workstream leaders while supporting skill and competency development for future project phases.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, engineering, project management, or a related function is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a regulated or healthcare-related environment is required.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Working knowledge of process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
  • Understanding of risk analysis, quality systems, and compliance requirements in a regulated environment.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple commitments, adapt to changing business needs, and solve complex technical or operational problems.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and related project management tools.
