The Impact you will have in this role:

As a member of the Enterprise Transformation team, the primary activities for the ET Project Management Senior Associate will focus on leading project management activities for complex initiatives in support of the ITP business where they will act as a strategic partner to the business, removing barriers, and ensuring successful delivery. The role requires a professional with strong, relevant project management experience and a proven ability to deliver outcomes through collaboration, influence and clear, proactive communication with cross functional teams. Success in this position demands high energy, adaptability, and the capacity to excel in a fastโ€‘paced, teamโ€‘oriented environment.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving business and function led changes involving business processes, client, technology, organizational structures and / or regulatory requirements
  • Proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies, ensure action items are clearly defined, assigned to owners, and escalated in a timely manner
  • Plan, organize and manage projects and initiatives ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse stakeholders including business, IT, vendors, and ecosystem partners
  • Independently check and challenge assumptions and execution approaches
  • Partner across the organization to manage change adoption and ensuring team member and stakeholder buy-in
  • Track and measure progress / success against business objectives and outcomes
  • Support the program or project lead as needed to deliver outcomes
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including slide design, data visualization, and storytelling
  • Strong Excel proficiency, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis
  • Experience with program / portfolio management software (e.g. Jira, Planview)
  • Project manager training and certification is a plus
