Job description

At Mill-Right Woodworking, we build custom spaces that stand out-and we're looking for a Project Coordinator tojoin our team based out of our Bedford location our help keep our projects organized, moving, and on track from start to finish.


This role is hands-on and central to how our projects run day-to-day. You'll be coordinating work across teams, managing documentation, and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.


What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activity to keep work moving and aligned with scope and timelines
  • Manage and track key project documentation (RFIs, shop drawings, site instructions, and change orders)
  • Support pricing, tracking, and follow-up on change orders and project costs
  • Support with site operations, including coordinating trades and ensuring work is aligned
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed for projects and shop work
  • Capture and share site updates (photos, notes) to keep teams informed
  • Track and help forecast materials and project-related costs
  • Participate in site meetings and stay connected with what's happening on the ground
  • Keep drawing logs and project files current so teams are always working from the latest information
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to confirm accuracy, alignment and clarity


What will help you thrive:

  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years in a similar role with a general contractor
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specs
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Procore, Jonas, or similar tools
