Job description

Job Title: Manufacturing Project Associate
Location: Portsmouth, NH, (On-site)
As a Manufacturing Project Associate at our Portsmouth site, you will support cross-functional efforts that help deliver high-quality biologics to patients. You will work closely with Manufacturing, MSAT, and Quality teams to drive improvements, solve problems, and support key operational goals. This role is based onsite, where working in person supports collaboration and effective execution of technical and quality-driven work.
This role follows a Monday - Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What you will do
  • Support and own cross-functional projects from planning through completion
  • Identify process improvement opportunities during manufacturing and drive implementation
  • Support investigations, including deviations, OTNs, and lab investigations
  • Assist with the implementation of equipment and process changes
  • Review and support batch records and manufacturing documentation
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coordinate with teams to support commissioning and readiness activities

What we are looking for
  • 0-4 years of experience in GMP manufacturing or a related environment
  • High school diploma required; BS degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
  • Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools; SAP experience is a plus
