YOUR MISSION

  • Promoting a responsible and sustainable organizational culture in terms of health, safety and the environment;
  • Coordinate site operations related to the daily supply of ready-mixed concrete for a major project in New Brunswick;
  • Maintain good relations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers and attend various site meetings;
  • Move around the project during its completion;
  • Plan and supervise the plant mobilization work;
  • Analyze and optimize the efficiency of operations and write daily reports;
  • Analyze and plan labor needs and material resources;
  • Ensure compliance with the quality plan;
  • Carry out projects within the allocated objectives and budgets while proposing areas for improvement during completion.

YOUR DNA

  • Hold a DEC or a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant fields;
  • Hold a minimum of 3 years of management experience in the construction or manufacturing field;
  • Bilingualism: frequency daily, intermediate level because must communicate with colleagues and clients;
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be mobile;
  • Proficiency in the office suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Be organized and excel at planning your time;
  • Demonstrate leadership and autonomy;
  • Possess strong negotiation skills.
