Exco Electric manufactures custom electrical equipment and components for industrial and commercial clients. With fabrication and assembly facilities in Egan and Crowley, Louisiana, and Houston, Texas, we serve customers across the U.S.

Job Summary

We're looking for a dependable, curious, and motivated person to join our team in a role that will evolve as the business grows. You'll work alongside our team to support key initiatives, improve processes, and contribute to projects that help move the business forward.

Your initial focus will include supporting the implementation of a live inventory management system and assisting with our e-commerce operations. As business priorities evolve, you'll have opportunities to contribute to additional operational projects and strategic initiatives across the organization.

This position is designed to provide long-term growth opportunities based on both business needs and individual strengths. Team members who demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn may have the opportunity to develop in specialized areas such as operations, sales, technology, systems, or project management over time.
