What You'll Do- Lead large, complex architectural projects from design through construction
- Manage ground-up projects and multi-building campus developments
- Lead and coordinate internal architectural project teams
- Collaborate closely with in-house engineering disciplines
- Manage project schedules, budgets and overall project delivery
- Develop and manage project proposals
- Coordinate permitting and jurisdictional approvals
- Lead construction administration activities

- Provide QA/QC leadership throughout the project
- Mentor and support project team members
- Help establish project priorities and maintain communication across multidisciplinary teams
- 10-25+ years of professional architectural experience
- Experience managing commercial, institutional or other large-scale building projects
- Ground-up / new construction project experience a plus
- Experience leading architectural project teams
- Experience with budgets, proposals, permitting and construction administration
- Proficiency with Revit
