The Landscape Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, ensuring staffing, budgeting and executing high-end residential and commercial landscape construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and luxury outdoor elements and design. Oversee client relationships and contracts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and organizational expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Lead the pre-construction planning process, including scheduling, budgeting, and material procurement.

Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Oversee the implementation of high-end hardscapes, custom water features, luxury outdoor structures, and specialty planting installations.

Ensure projects meet design intent, client expectations, and the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Direct and manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and specialty artisans to ensure smooth project execution.

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, designers, engineers, and field teams.

Foster a high-performance culture that prioritizes precision, efficiency, and excellence.

Quality Control & Problem-Solving

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Qualifications & Skills

  • Expertise in hardscape installation, grading, drainage, planting, irrigation, and luxury outdoor features.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and high-end finish details.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, coordinate multiple trades, and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project challenges.
