JLL's Project and Development Services team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously across our national and global commercial real estate portfolio. As the primary client contact and trusted advisor, you'll manage diverse project types while coordinating numerous stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Client Leadership & Project Delivery

Drive efficiency and consistency across multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity. You'll serve as the single point of contact for program delivery, developing tailored strategies and standardized processes that ensure high-quality outcomes. Your ability to manage diverse project types-from workplace transformations to development initiatives-will be essential.

  • Collaborate with clients to define program goals for large-scale, complex project portfolios spanning multiple markets and asset types
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, playbooks, and tools that support cross-functional partnerships
  • Provide consolidated reporting across schedule, budget, risk, and opportunity metrics for all active projects
  • Establish management routines to track portfolio performance against client-specific KPIs

Required Experience (10+ years in real estate/project/program management)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different project types and markets
  • Experience with projects throughout the full real estate lifecycle (planning, design, construction, occupancy)
  • Track record of managing diverse stakeholder groups and building effective relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated success communicating with C-suite executives and managing their varying expectations
  • Experience working across multiple markets, preferably globally, with ability to navigate regional differences
  • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate development processes, approvals, and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect strategic vision to tactical execution

Technical Skills

Estimated compensation for this position:

137,500.00 - 154,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
