As a Business Analyst Intern in IT, you will help connect business process, operational execution, and technology delivery by supporting business process improvement, operational analysis, stakeholder engagement, reporting and insights, and project coordination across DTCC's technology organization. This role is designed for students who are interested in how technology enables business outcomes, how operating processes are improved, and how teams translate strategy into practical solutions. • Map current-state and future-state business processes, identify interdependencies between teams, tools, controls, data, and technology delivery activities, and help recommend improvements that reduce friction and improve execution.

  • Support Agile delivery activities through status tracking, dependency coordination, action-item management, testing support, meeting preparation, and development of materials for team, management, and leadership reviews.

  • Conduct data analysis, reporting, research, testing, and documentation activities to identify trends, develop insights, support issue resolution, and help stakeholders make informed decisions that improve operational governance and continuous improvement.

  • Support the end-to-end data lifecycle by integrating, transforming, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources to develop reliable data assets, enable reporting and analytics, and deliver insights that support business and technology outcomes.

  • Help maintain job aids, process documentation, workflow summaries, project artifacts, and operating rhythm materials that enable consistent execution across the organization.

  • Contribute to work that improves operational efficiency, visibility, accountability, and alignment across business management, portfolio management, service delivery, and technology operations.
