Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, customers, vendors, and applicants in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and ensure all guests follow company security and safety protocols.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Order office supplies
  • Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate shipping through approved carriers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting preparation.
  • Pick up lunches for office when needed.
  • Check local PO Box at Post Office for mail
  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist Human Resources with applicant/onboarding check-ins
  • Support management with various administrative projects as assigned.
  • Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies.
  • Coordinate with facility personnel regarding visitor access and deliveries.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience.
