What You'll Do
Take care of our clients
  • Answer client questions by phone, email, or in person
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
  • Explain coverage in plain English (no insurance jargon overload)
  • Help with billing questions and basic claims guidance

Grow the book (without being pushy)
  • Spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities during service conversations
  • Conduct friendly coverage reviews with current clients
  • Quote and bind new personal/commercial policies (based on your license)
  • Follow up on warm leads and referrals
  • Partner with producers to support new business
