Job description

Job title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Eugene, OR
Shift Details: Tuesday-Saturday 0930-1730, (leave time of 1745-1800 on rare occasions). The training will be 6-2 with an adjustment to 930 after training is complete.
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr on W2
Contract duration: 3 months contract ( With HIgher Possibility of Extensio or Conversion)
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You'll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
What you'll need to excel:
At a minimum, you'll need:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
It'd be great if you also have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
