Job description

Position: RN PCU (IMCU) - Progressive Care Unit
Location: Panama City, FL
Shifts/Schedule: Full-time • Days (Rotating Weekends) or Nights (Rotating Weekends)
What You'll Do:
The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.
Qualifications Required:
  • 1 year of recent (Within the last year) acute care PCU Experience. *Would Consider acute care ER RN experience or 3 years of acute Med-Surg experience * Experience MUST be recent (within the last year) *
  • Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma, or ASN
  • Advance Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay rate range: Min $27.72/hr. - Max $39.60/hr. (Based on years of experience)
  • Shift Diffs: Nights $4/hr.
