Job description

Position Overview

EOSOL Group is seeking a Technical Back Office Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of wind energy field operations across multiple projects in the United States.

This position will serve as the operational link between field teams, clients, project managers, and technical departments, ensuring efficient mobilization, scheduling, reporting, and resource coordination for maintenance, commissioning, special operations, blade services, turbine campaigns, and corrective activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate field teams performing:
  • Wind turbine maintenance (preventive, corrective, predictive)
  • Commissioning activities
  • Blade inspections and repairs
  • Major component exchanges
  • Special operations and technical campaigns
  • Support workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate mobilizations, travel logistics, accommodations, and site access requirements.
  • Track project progress, technician utilization, and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain communication between clients, field personnel, project managers, and technical teams.
  • Review service reports, work orders, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project schedules and support issue resolution.
  • Ensure field teams have the required certifications, training, and documentation.
  • Assist with invoicing support, timesheet validation, and project reporting.
  • Support emergency response coordination and operational escalations when required.
