We are currently seeking a Program Manager III to join our growing Solid Rocket Motor Programs Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Solid Rocket Motors (SRMs), as this position involves coordination with engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams. A strong background in managing technically challenging programs, navigating government or defense customer requirements and driving effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders is required. The Program Manager will coordinate and lead programs, resources, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting. They will monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

  • Participates in all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance.
  • Promotes the program throughout the organization and tracks utilization.
  • Supervises the work of program or project staff to ensure that work in completed on time or in accordance with established standards or specifications.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics.
  • Ensures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations.
  • Provides reports and updates to senior management or other stakeholders.
