Looking for a position that makes you smile?
We're seeking a Marketing Intern to join our growing team.
The Marketing Intern supports the Smile Doctors Marketing department through a structured rotational program that provides meaningful exposure to marketing operations, paid media, creative, and account management. The intern will complete at least three team rotations aligned with their academic interests and career goals, culminating in a capstone project presented to leadership.
How you'll make us better:
Rotation 1 (primary placement aligned with academic interest/degree):
  • Contribute to live workstreams within the assigned team
  • Shadow senior team members and participate in recurring meetings and deliverables
  • Develop working knowledge of department-specific tools, systems, and workflows

Rotation 2 & 3:
  • Complete targeted assignments across additional marketing teams to build breadth of exposure
  • Apply skills in a new context and document key learnings across rotations

Capstone:
  • Identify a problem, opportunity, or process improvement observed during the rotation program
  • Develop a structured analysis and recommendation
  • Present findings to Marketing leadership in a concise, professional format

All Rotations:
  • Partner with team members across the Marketing department to support ongoing initiatives
  • This role requires use of approved AI tools to perform assigned tasks more efficiently and effectively
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ability to learn across multiple marketing disciplines
  • Ability to communicate analysis in a clear, visual format, and present to senior audiences
  • Ability to manage time effectively across rotating assignments with different priorities and managers

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
