Description

Purpose of the Job: 

The Programs Intern will support the team by assisting with order management, quoting activities, customer service processes, and sales administration. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales operations, pricing strategies, product lines, market dynamics, and customer relationship management within a global aerospace environment.


Reports to: Director of Programs


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain tariff information for ITEC products on a weekly basis to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and update customer ship dates, ensuring timely communication of schedule changes.
  • Process ATRs (Acceptance test reports) by entering appropriate order line types, updating sales orders, and coordinating with internal teams to complete transactions.
  • Support product exchange transactions by entering and maintaining exchange order information within the sales order system.
  • Assist with preparing quotations for lower-value opportunities while developing knowledge of market conditions, product offerings, OEM customers, and competitive positioning.
  • Support Algeria repair activities through data entry of repair quotations and customer approvals while gaining exposure to repair pricing methodologies and business processes.
  • Assist with quote management activities, including maintaining the sales funnel, tracking open opportunities, and conducting quote follow-ups.
  • Manage customer communications related to order acknowledgements, ship date revisions, and general order status inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems to support efficient sales and customer service operations.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer requests are processed accurately and promptly.
