Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

The internship program is designed to provide students engaged in a work experience with an opportunity to share their insights, to explore the links between their student academic preparation and their company work assignments. The goal is to assist students to develop and carry out their major tasking or research projects. Our program is designed to serve both intern and Company to gain insight through the process. Management team evaluates the overall intern experience in meeting division/company goals and evaluates any future enhancements to the program as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Intern Job Responsibilities:

  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • May be focused in one department or may rotate through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
  • Engages with customers or clients and provides department services, research and/or sales.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • May learns and become proficient on internal systems.
  • Assists in creating performance reports, office tasking, evaluating documents and performing additional tasks assigned by manager.
