We build the evidence base that tells us how roles are changing and how fast, develop the frameworks for workforce decisions, and manage the human side of the transitions – whether driven by AI, organizational restructuring, or M&A integration. Our role is to connect workforce strategy to business strategy – and to lead the transformation in a way that puts people first.
The Director, Program Management oversees a complex portfolio of initiatives across segments and functions. This role drives enterprise accountability, ensures disciplined execution, and strengthens cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable results. The Director enhances structural effectiveness, operational efficiency, and decision velocity enabling sustained enterprise impact. What you'll do...Cross-Functional Alignment at Scale
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships across stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate structured cross-functional forums as needed
  • Manage competing priorities diplomatically
  • Reduce friction across teams by clarifying roles, responsibilities, and decision rights
Speed and Structure
  • Lead project management of enterprise-wide strategy and org health review reviews
