We are seeking a compassionate and organized Activities Director to join our team at Bay Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC in beautiful Dover, DE. As an Activities Director, you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of our activities program.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of our activities program
• Facilitate group activities and encourage resident participation
• Chart attendance and maintain accurate records
• Assist with one-on-one activities, transportation to and from activities, and special events
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered treatment and care
• Obtain and maintain NCCAP Certification (National Certification Council for Activity Professionals) and CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) or COTA certification
