Job Description

The goal of PNC's Development Programs is to move analysts and associates from development roles into production roles in one of PNC's lines of business. Placement is not guaranteed.
Midland Loan Services falls under PNC Real Estate, part of PNC'S Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Division. PNC is one of the largest U.S. banks with $562 billion in assets and $421 billion in deposits. Midland is headquartered in Kansas City, with offices in Birmingham and Dallas. They are one of the largest third-party loan servicers, and one of the largest special servicers in the commercial real estate finance industry. The Midland Loan Services Program enables Development Associates the opportunity to explore various aspects of the company including Asset Management, Loan Servicing, Business Development, Account Management, Underwriting, Due Diligence and or Collateral Surveillance.
All analysts hired into Midland will be a part of the C&IB Development Program. In addition to structured training within the line of business, this program includes enterprise-wide and C&IB-specific classroom training that is both soft-skill and technical.
Incoming analysts will initially be placed in Kansas City, MO or Overland Park, KS.
