Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Program Assistant for a top industry client. This individual will act as the operational backbone of the portfolio, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities that support commercialization efforts. The role involves managing customer requests, coordinating cross-functional workflows, maintaining documentation and compliance processes, and supporting onboarding and adoption initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can bridge gaps across teams and ensure operational excellence while enabling strategic growth initiatives.
Day-to-Day:

  • Manage customer escalations, operational issues, and commercial support requests
  • Coordinate pricing, billing, contract management, and onboarding activities
  • Maintain SOPs, documentation, and knowledge base resources
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and compliance standards
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve issues
  • Support customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, and renewals
  • Administer reporting, tools, and meeting coordination for the portfolio
  • Track action items, operational risks, and readiness to ensure consistent execution
  • Provide administrative and operational support to enable revenue-generating team

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or project/program coordination roles.
