    • Design of site utilities, storm water management facilities, site grading, roadways and parking lot layouts, as well as other engineering projects
    • Floodplain analysis and environmental review
    • Site inspections and construction engineering
Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers and Engineers in preparation of engineering plans, exhibits and calculations needed for the site development process
  • Take given specifications and draft accurate drawings
  • Create technical memorandums
  • Work with team to verify accuracy and details
  • Follow company guidelines for best practices
  • Track all time spent on projects accurately
Qualifications
  • Coursework in mathematics and science
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • PREFERRED - Minimum of associate's degree in engineering, environmental studies, or computer aided drafting.
  • PREFFERED - Minimum of 1 year professional and demonstrable experience using AutoCad/Civil 3D modeling in a civil, structural or architectural capacity.
