AREA15 is seeking a Programming Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of assigned events and activations across our campus. This role is responsible for owning events end-to-end-from confirmation through on-site execution ensuring a seamless experience for clients, partners, and guests. This is a highly visible, client-facing role suited for a polished, detail-oriented professional who can independently manage multiple programs while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Own the full planning process for assigned events from confirmation through post-event Develop and manage detailed run-of-show documents, timelines, and execution plans Lead on-site execution for all assigned events, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with client expectations Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure a high-quality guest and partner experience Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners throughout the planning process and onsite event execution Manage ongoing communication, expectations, and deliverables from confirmation through execution Build strong working relationships while maintaining a professional and solutions-oriented approach Coordinate all logistics including rentals, staffing, technical needs, and operational requirements Ensure all vendors are aligned with timelines, budgets, and event expectations Track and manage event-level budgets, ensuring alignment with approved parameters Support budget reconciliation and ensure accuracy of all event-related expenses Complete post-event recaps, including performance insights and key learnings Provide necessary event details, timelines, and updates to all internal teams including but not limited to Marketing, Operations, Guest Experience, and Security Collaborate within the Programming team to ensure consistency and quality across all activations Utilize: TripleSeat, Ticketure, EventHub, Claude or other AI tools Contribute to the successful execution of the broader programming calendar through assigned programs Provide support on additional events or activations as needed based on team priorities Respond to time sensitive matters. Demonstrate ART. (AREA15's service standards) in every guest interaction.

Adhere to department and company policies and procedures. Maintain a professional, polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards. Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
