Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Strategist based in Netherlands.

This role sits at the core of a high-growth developer platform where strategy, data, and execution converge to shape how go-to-market teams operate and scale. You will design and optimize the systems that power revenue performance, working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to unify how data and decisions flow across the organization. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on analytical work, requiring deep involvement in revenue operations, forecasting, segmentation, and performance insights. You will play a key role in building scalable GTM infrastructure that helps teams better understand customer behavior, improve conversion, and drive long-term growth. This is a highly cross-functional, impact-driven role where you will directly influence how a global, developer-focused business expands. It is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building from zero to scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and evolve the end-to-end revenue operations strategy with a focus on customer success, including pipeline health, forecasting, territory design, and capacity planning.
  • Build and maintain a reliable single source of truth for revenue and usage data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to design segmentation models, coverage strategies, and quota structures aligned with developer-led buying behaviors.
  • Define key GTM metrics across the funnel, from acquisition to expansion, and translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Lead the RevOps roadmap by prioritizing tooling, evaluating systems, and managing vendor relationships to improve GTM efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance on forecasting and revenue alignment, ensuring consistency between operational and financial models.
  • Work with engineering and GTM systems teams to automate workflows and build scalable data pipelines that operationalize strategy.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, or Strategy Consulting within a B2B SaaS or developer-focused company.
  • Strong proficiency with GTM tools such as HubSpot, BigQuery, and modern data stacks; ability to navigate and leverage complex datasets.
  • Hands-on SQL skills with the ability to independently extract insights and work directly with data.
  • Experience designing or improving sales processes, forecasting frameworks, or territory models in high-growth environments.
  • Understanding of product-led growth models, including usage-based triggers and PLG-to-sales conversion dynamics.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to align Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Highly autonomous mindset with a strong bias toward ownership, execution, and building scalable systems from scratch.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote global work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Equity (ESOP) participation, allowing you to share in long-term company growth.
  • Work setup allowance to equip your ideal remote workspace.
  • Comprehensive health coverage for employees and partial coverage for dependents.
  • Annual learning and development budget for courses, conferences, and professional growth.
  • Regular global company off-sites for collaboration and team connection.
  • Flexible, asynchronous work culture focused on trust and autonomy.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a fast-scaling, developer-first product ecosystem.
