What You'll Do:

Support the heartbeat of our finance operations by managing everything from accounts payable and sales reporting to order management and reconciliations. In this role, you'll handle a mix of technical accounting and day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth business operations.

Qualifications

Challenge Yourself - The Specifics:

  • Maintains a variety of ledgers, registers, and spreadsheets per established accounting policies and procedures
  • Performs a variety of routine to complex administrative and vendor account support duties related to accounts payable, such as maintaining vendor records, entering and reconciling bills, following up with vendors, and resolving any discrepancies
  • Creates and maintains standard operating procedure documents
  • Maintains databases, records, and spreadsheets
  • Assists various teams with special projects and research, as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a Bachelor's Degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration at an accredited college/university or equivalent training and experience
  • Terminology and practices of financial and account document processing and record-keeping
  • Business arithmetic and basic financial and statistical techniques
  • Modern office practices, methods, computer equipment, and computer applications related to work, including word processing, 10-key, and spreadsheet software
  • QuickBooks and Excel experience is a plus
