Job Summary 

Team and Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team for the Fall 2026 semester (September – December 2026). In this role, you will work closely with ProCogia's marketing and business development teams to support marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in B2B marketing, contribute to real projects, and learn how marketing supports growth in a data and AI consulting organization.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Analytics Support

  • Assist with scheduling and posting social media content
  • Help monitor and report on basic campaign performance (clicks, impressions, engagement)
  • Support paid ad campaigns, including organizing creative assets and basic reporting
  • Assist with simple on-page SEO tasks (meta descriptions, alt text)

Lead Qualification

  • Help track and organize incoming leads in the CRM
  • Assist in scoring and tagging leads as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) based on engagement criteria (downloads, email opens, website visits)
  • Support the handoff process for identifying Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) ready to be passed to sales
  • Shadow sales/marketing discussions on lead criteria to learn qualification frameworks
  • Help maintain clean, updated lead data for accurate reporting

Tools & Creative

  • Canva: create ad creatives, social graphics, and banners using brand templates
  • Eager to learn HubSpot: willing to be trained on HubSpot's marketing automation, analytics dashboards, CRM, and lead scoring features
What You BringMust-have Qualifications: 
  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, brand development, and content strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
