Job description

An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Structural Engineering Director for their Cleveland, Ohio team!



Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of public/private development projects
  • Build a strong engineering team (including recruiting)
  • Build/maintain client relationships through marketing structural engineering capabilities, project/client interviews, and working directly with facility owners
  • Attend meetings with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and other professionals
  • Coordinate with in-house project team members
  • Ensure projects meet QA/QC standards including reviewing designs prepared by others
  • Lead/work on multiple projects concurrently


Requirements:

  • BS in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • 12+ years of structural design experience (including a variety of building/system types)
  • PE License
  • Experience leading design teams
  • Experience designing multiple types of buildings (architectural/industrial)


Salary is commensurate with experience.
