Mega Union operates specialized facilities in Taoyuan, Zhongli, Taichung, and Tainan, and is committed to providing localized, high-quality service across the region. Position Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support warehouse operations, inventory control, material tracking, and project-related material coordination. This role will work closely with project, engineering, purchasing, and field teams to ensure materials and equipment are properly received, stored, tracked, and available when needed.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and construction environment, has strong organizational skills, and is able to coordinate material movement, maintain accurate inventory records, and support day-to-day project operations.


This is a Full time and ON-SITE position.



Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management, monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Ensure material flow, material layouts, internal route designs and manpower allocations are optimized and support lean strategy, analyzing project requirements and historical data to anticipate material needs and plan for future demands.
  • Support department, cost reduction and business plan initiatives including development of total cost business cases, action plans and launch of new equipment and/or processes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of material usage, inventory transactions, and project consumption to support audits and project tracking.
  • Act as single point of contact for MP&L, including coordinating department study responses to studies and department reviews
  • Maintain a broad knowledge base/experience in corrosion protection engineering systems to aid in solving significant problems and providing design or service guidelines for WWS systems.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, material coordination, logistics, supply chain, construction materials, or project support is preferred.
  • Experience working in construction, manufacturing, industrial facilities, semiconductor facilities, water treatment projects, or other project-based environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with receiving, shipping, inventory transactions, material tracking, warehouse organization, and physical inventory processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple material requests and priorities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other inventory or ERP systems; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
