Fitness Manager
Full-Time Position with Benefits!
Pay Starting at $25 per hour.
Havenwood of Burnsville is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead our innovative fitness center. We are a senior living community with 135 apartments, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. Join us in promoting health and wellness for our residents!
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the Fitness Manager:
  • Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees.
  • Oversee operations of the fitness center and programming.
  • Orient and train residents and staff on the use of the fitness center equipment.
  • Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff
  • Actively recruit new fitness memberships both internally and externally
  • Lead daily resident classes and trainings.
  • Perform assessments and create wellness programming.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing monthly calendars.
  • Plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of our diverse resident population

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience in fitness management and/or personal training.
