Key Requirements:

· Experience

o 7-8years of experience in the ideation, design and end-to-end implementation of AI solutions.

o Proven track record of leading teams of AI engineers and reporting to senior leadership.

o At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning.

o Strong hands-on coding skills in Python and popular ML/DL libraries.

o Proven expertise in deploying machine learning models and AI applications in a cloud environment (Azure preferred).

o Strong SQL required and data engineer skills would be a plus.

· Technical Skills:

o Solution Design skills: Design robust AI solution architectures including expertise in designing robust Agentic GenAI systems, robust ML & RAG pipelines, Context Engineering pipelines, agentic orchestration, model context protocols(MCP), Agentic Communication Protocol (A2A) and semi-automated agent decision engines while ensuring that systems are scalable, secure, and efficient including selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

o Ensure seamless integration of AI systems and GenAI Agents with other upstream and downstream enterprise applications, databases and processes.

o Strong expertise in data pre-processing, various prompt engineering techniques, retrieval techniques, vector databases, indexing strategies (like chunking, hierarchical indexing), and hybrid search approaches, response quality evaluation evaluation metrics.

o Strong proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques for building AI models.

o Experience with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, and OpenAI's fine-tuned models.

o Knowledge of retrieval-based techniques, including semantic search, vector databases, and information retrieval systems.

o Familiarity with APIs and cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., Azure Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, etc.).

o Experience with DevOps practices for machine learning, including CI/CD for AI systems, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).

· Soft Skills:

o Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
