Contract: Contract-to-Hire

We are looking for an experienced NC Programmer to join our NC Cut Department, supporting tooling and CNC operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to take ownership of programming, setup support, and production projects.

The NC Programmer will work closely with operators, tooling, and production teams to create efficient programs, support CNC operations, and ensure quality requirements are met.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create and modify NC programs to support CNC machining and tooling operationsย 
  • Utilize Visi CAD/CAM software for programming and design supportย 
  • Develop setup and tooling sheets to assist CNC operators with machine setupย 
  • Support production runs by troubleshooting programming and setup issuesย 
  • Collaborate with operators and manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are metย 
  • Review prints, drawings, and specifications to support accurate productionย 
  • Manage assigned projects and maintain organized documentationย 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CNC experienceย 
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on NC/CNC programming experienceย 
  • Experience working in a production and/or prototype manufacturing environmentย 
  • Knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and setupsย 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detailย 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)ย 
  • High School Diploma or GED requiredย 
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
