CNC Swiss Programmer
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develops and implements programs Citizen Swiss machines and performs machine setups to assess programs for prototype parts
  • Works closely with engineering and manufacturing staff to identify business requirements, streamline processes, and ensure the effective use of technology to achieve business goals

Skills, Experience & Position Requirements
Join our team in a key, high profile role. This position supports R&D efforts on new processes, pre-production requirements and other activities.
Skills and experience:
  • 5 or more years hands-on Citizen Swiss programming experience
  • Experience with Citizen L or M machines required.
  • Experience programming in Esprit strongly preferred
  • Must be expert level for programming, set-up, troubleshooting Swiss parts that are exceptionally small with tight tolerances and manufactured with a variety of exotic metals
  • Must be able to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models to generate programs
  • Collaborates with engineering and production teams
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal/communication skills
  • Must be highly motivated and results-driven, able to meet deadlines, with high level of personal accountability and ownership of work
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required, with the ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with others. Must be able to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms to staff
  • Must have excellent computer skills
  • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively to achieve business goals
  • Position is on-site/in office. (Not remote)
