Description

Design and implements electrical control systems, pneumatic control systems, and software solutions.

Program and install PLC's, HMI's, VFD's.

Program robots

Uses AutoCAD to create designs and generates design documentation

Provide startup support to Perfecto in the field

Effectively estimate time and expense requirements for project tasks and manages scope, schedule, and budget 

Build and expand Team Member relationships

Quickly learn new systems and software 

Effectively communicate with internal team including the Engineering Manager to ensure the on-time completion of projects

Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical users via email, phone, and in person

Be able to quickly and effectively make decisions based

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology, Computer Systems Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or similar technical degree

5-10 years as a Controls or Automation Engineer

PLC/Robotics programming, panel design, project management experience.

Experience with Automation (ABB, Fanuc, Allen Bradley PLC & HMI).

2D and 3D CAD.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technological competence

Maintain and improve technical knowledge through continued education and training.
