Job description

AWS Engineer | DevOps Engineer

Want to own infrastructure—not just maintain it?

Partner with an innovative healthcare technology company that's looking for an AWS Engineer who wants to be the go-to infrastructure expert. This isn't a role where you'll spend your day working through a queue of tickets. You'll architect solutions, solve complex problems, and own everything from cloud infrastructure to on-prem IT.

If it plugs in, connects, deploys, alerts, or gets audited...it's yours.

What You'll Own

  • AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Kubernetes & Docker environments
  • Terraform & Infrastructure as Code
  • CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Security, uptime, and compliance
  • Physical IT infrastructure including laptops, networking, and datacenter equipment
  • Projects from initial concept through implementation

You'll partner with software and hardware engineering teams across three continents, serving as the technical backbone that keeps everything running. Leadership won't hand you detailed specifications—they'll point you toward a problem and trust you to build the solution.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong AWS experience in production environments
  • Kubernetes and Docker expertise
  • Terraform experience
  • CI/CD automation experience
  • Solid networking and infrastructure fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Experience with HIPAA/HITRUST is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important

Why You'll Love It

  • Own both cloud and physical infrastructure
  • High-impact, highly visible role
  • Build solutions from idea to execution
  • Collaborate with talented engineering teams around the globe
  • Support technology where uptime truly matters

If you're an engineer who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and building infrastructure that makes a real impact, I'd love to connect. Send me a message to learn more!
