ITS System Developer/ Programmer Specialist - Immediate placement

Job Title: System Developer/ Programmer Specialist
Location: Concord, New Hampshire
Interview: Phone/In-Person
Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions with minimal guidance.
Manage and enhance batch jobs, file transfers, and integrations with other systems
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical issues.
Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for programs, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills:

  • Development, support, and maintenance of COBOL applications
  • Strong experience with CL, DDS, and DB2 for i (SQL)
  • Experience working with IBM i tools such as Access Client Solutions (ACS)
  • Experience with batch processing and job scheduling
  • Ability to work alternative schedules. i.e. non-business hours for planned maintenance, upgrades, urgent troubleshooting, and/or migration activities
  • Experience with Hyland's OnBase WorkView platform
  • History of longevity in previous employment (not a history of bouncing from position to position within short periods of time)
