  • Full-time site-based role
  • Experience with manufacturing process design, automation, tooling, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to supporting production.
  • Experience leading projects and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping the future of outdoor exploration for a leading electric vehicle brand.
  • Hands-on experience with Taiga vehicles – experience the impact of your work out in the wild.

Taiga values diversity in hiring and in its workforce, and welcomes applications from people with diverse backgrounds, education, and experience. We recognize that there are many barriers to equal access to employment and career development opportunities, and we strive to hire groups that are under-represented in the technology industry.
