Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a complex manufacturing environment (automotive, transportation, heavy equipment, or similar).
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Full-time site-based role
  • Experience with manufacturing process design, automation, tooling, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to supporting production.
  • Experience leading projects and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What we offer

  • A competitive salary and benefits package including group insurance as of day one and RRSP with employer matching
  • The opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping the future of outdoor exploration for a leading electric vehicle brand.
  • Hands-on experience with Taiga vehicles – experience the impact of your work out in the wild.

Taiga values diversity in hiring and in its workforce, and welcomes applications from people with diverse backgrounds, education, and experience.
