PROGRAM COORDINATOR (PC) โ€“ Adult Residential Program

Randolph, MA | Full-Time

As a Program Coordinator (PC), you will oversee the daily operations of an adult residential home supporting individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. Youโ€™ll guide staff, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment. This is a leadership role ideal for someone experienced, organized, and ready to take full ownership of program operations.
What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning tasks and guiding staff to ensure smooth site functioning.
  • Provide direct care and support when needed, modeling best practices for the team.
  • Manage all MAP-related responsibilities, documentation, safety procedures, and site compliance.
  • Coordinate shopping, meal planning, recreation activities, and household needs.
  • Maintain communication with upper management, nursing, and clinical teams.
  • Serve as primary on-call support except on the APCโ€™s assigned days.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid and current U.S. driverโ€™s license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience required.
  • MAP certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of residential experience required; behavioral experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead a team, prioritize needs, and problem-solve in real time.
