Job description

Job Title: Glazer’s Graduate Program (GGP) Associate

FLSA Status: Exempt

Overview

The Glazer’s Graduate Program (GGP) is a 4 to 6 month rotational development program aimed at providing the participant with practical hands-on experience in each of the following company functions, with particular focus on the participant’s initial expressed functional interest: Brand Management, Retail, Operations (Delivery and Warehouse), Sales, and Corporate/Administration. At the end of the program, the GGP Associate should have a solid high-level understanding of the beverage industry. Upon successful completion of the GGP, participants will be placed in a full-time role within the company.

For our 2026 Glazer’s Graduate Program Cohort, the roles (and Branch location) we currently have ear-marked for placement after successful completion of the program are:

  • (2) Operations Supervisor or District Sales Manager (San Antonio)
  • HR Operations Specialist (Dallas)
  • Supply Chain Associate (San Antonio)
  • Merchandising Supervisor or District Sales Manager (Weslaco)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete a rotation within several departments of our businesses. Time and focus in each rotational area will vary based on initial expressed interest:
  • Sales (field-based)
  • Brand Management
  • Retail Merchandising
  • Operations (Delivery/Warehouse)
  • Corporate/Administration (i.e. IT, HR, Accounting, etc.)
  • Assist sales teams with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers
  • Perform Branch Warehouse Operations Duties including Fleet Management, Safety Training and Routing
  • Perform merchandising activities which includes building displays; and updating pricing and special offers within an assigned territory
  • Ensure all company products are properly displayed
  • Install point-of-sale materials as directed
  • Expedite product delivery on an emergency basis
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent Trade School diploma
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to perform job-related duties as assigned.

This role requires regular, ongoing inoffice presence.
