Internet sales/trade-up program associate

Grayson Hyundai Subaru - We are growing and looking for MOTIVATED and ENERGETIC candidates for this immediate opening in Knoxville, Tennessee. Bring a GREAT ATTITUDE. This position comes with many benefits, including available Health Insurance, 401k, Vision, Dental and paid vacations, just to name a few. Compensation for this position is base plus commission ($50,000 to $150,000).

Job Purpose:

To build relationships sales relationships with our existing customer base, helping them show they have an opportunity to trade in their current vehicle and get into a newer model using our great trade up program. This is a highly coveted position with a rare opening.

Job Duties:

· Must work well with the public, communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet, and in person

· Understanding client’s requirements and interests while building rapport

· Diligent in presentation of paperwork and able to answer questions

· Providing necessary client support and follow-up processes

· Communicate via internet, phone, with current, past, and potential clients

· Basic computer skills

· Maintain integrity, honesty and ethics at all times

· Basic understanding of marketing

· Complete brand requires sales certifications

Skills/Qualifications:

· Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Previous Internet-based customer sales preferred.

· Must be willing to listen and learn.

· High attention to detail.

· Must pass pre-employment testing to include background check, drug testing, and valid driver’s license.
