RVGT Associate AI Product Manager:

RVGT (Red Ventures Growth and Transformation) is the division within RV that partners with Fortune 500 companies to drive meaningful growth across customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. As an Associate AI Product Manager within RVGT, you'll work at the intersection of product, data, AI, and business strategy. Our teams build and operate the products and systems that power our Growth Operating System, combining proprietary data and context, AI agents, reusable workflows, and personalized customer experiences to help our clients grow more efficiently, intelligently, and at greater scale.

We believe successful AI Product Managers are both effective builders and operators. They combine strong analytical thinking, AI fluency, product judgment, and an entrepreneurial mindset to turn ideas into working products that solve real business and customer problems.

In your first two years, you'll get repetitions across the full product lifecycle, from understanding problems and designing solutions to building, deploying, measuring, and continuously improving them. You'll work hands-on with data, code, and agents, collaborating with teammates on your workstreams to deliver outcomes. Along the way, you'll build both the judgment to make strong product and business decisions in ambiguous environments and the communication skills to influence direction through effective storytelling.

What You'll Do:

As an Associate AI Product Manager, you'll take ownership of scoped problems and workstreams, working hands-on alongside cross-functional teammates to build and improve products that drive measurable outcomes.

• Own scoped problems end to end: Identify opportunities to increase the impact of your product through a deep understanding of the problem, product strategy and technology, and rigorous analysis of data and customer behavior. Develop and communicate clear recommendations that create buy-in and action.
• Shape the features and experiences: Translate recommendations into thoughtful solutions, forming a point of view on how the solution should work and the experience it should create. Collaborate with your team to define the context and requirements needed to bring the solution to life, with support from your product lead.
• Build and ship solutions: Get hands-on with data, code, and agents to drive delivery. Depending on the problem, you may contribute to customer-facing experiences, internal operational workflows, data products, or reusable platform capabilities.
• Operate and continuously improve what you build: Run experiments aimed at improving KPIs. Analyze and synthesize evaluations, feedback, and results into clear recommendations that help your team and stakeholders understand what is working, what is not, and what to do next.
• Contribute to the Growth Operating System: Use shared context, agents, and workflows to accelerate your work, while identifying opportunities to make those tools more reusable and effective for others.

• Bias to action and learning agility: You are a proactive problem solver who makes progress in ambiguous environments, learns quickly when faced with unfamiliar technology or challenging problems, and takes ownership of overcoming obstacles.
• Empathetic and influential: You bring high EQ, strong empathy, communicate clearly, and can collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Experiences you've had:

• Relevant academic and practical foundation: Graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree in Winter 2026 or Summer 2027, with academic and/or practical experience in fields such as product management, data science, computer science, or engineering (Start date in our August 2027 cohort)
• Hands-on data and analytical experience: Accessed, manipulated, and analyzed data from multiple sources using tools such as SQL or Python, digging beneath the surface to understand what is driving an outcome.
• Building with AI and modern technology: Multiple examples of using ML, generative AI, or other modern technologies to build working solutions. You have a technical understanding of how these systems work in practice, and have applied that to make design choices and improve performance.
• Product judgment: Designed or built a product, feature, or experience and made thoughtful decisions about how it should work, informed by user needs, business value, data, and technical considerations.
• Problem solving: Demonstrated ability to develop and test hypotheses, establish root cause, synthesize what you learn, and communicate a clear recommendation to others.

Compensation: 

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

• Total Cash Compensation: $100,000 per year
