Job description

The Key Program Associate is responsible for recording, cutting, getting approvals, and shipping all keys daily. The position requires good time management skills, excellent communication and the ability to multi-task. Duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

Pulling and maintaining daily reports for several companies.

Keeping your email up to date

Requesting fee approvals from several different clients.

Physically cutting the keys.

Shipping the keys to the correct lots.

Coordinating Dealer key cuts and local locksmith key cuts.

Recording information into RDN

Qualifications:

Ability to perform data entry with little or no errors

Intermediate Excel experience

Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others

The hours are Mon-Fri 8am- 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
