RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality check and control of in-progress work orders

Assign work orders to contractors once QA has been completed

Track work orders from beginning to end to ensure compliance with program requirements

Revising work orders with any changes required after initial audit

Communication regarding outstanding work orders

Assisting with process of invoice packages

Prepare and set up new contractors in the program

Handling contractor and customer issues and escalating when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

Good organization skills

High level of attention to detail

Ability to manage day-to-day tasks with ease and independence

Microsoft program experience an asset

Strong in verbal, written and visual communication

Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
