About The Role:

At Stackline, we are seeking an energized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team that operates at the forefront of developing, delivering, and optimizing programmatic display campaigns for some of the most prominent brands in the world.

As a Senior Account Manager - Programmatic Media Strategy, you'll be synthesizing vast amounts data and transforming them into easily understandable insights for both internal and external audiences! You will build lasting client relationships across all organizational levels while crafting and delivering comprehensive strategies and optimizing ROI that will revolutionize their e-commerce business.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid in-office policy (4 days/week in office) based in downtown Seattle, WA.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop strategic programmatic display campaigns and activate on e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk.
  • Build data stories by synthesizing disparate datasets and analyses into easily understandable insights for both internal and external audiences.
  • Cultivate relationships with individuals at prominent consumer brands across all organizational levels and departments, leveraging Stackline's data to provide top-quality insights to key clients.
  • Evangelize advertising strategies within brands' overall e-commerce digital marketing as well as their broader marketing strategies.
  • Streamline work of the broader team by developing and implementing processes.
  • Partner with publishers and ad tech companies to stay ahead of industry trends, new product releases, and training opportunities.
  • Contribute to company innovation and tools and implement to the division.
  • Play an active role in team environment and development acting as a collaborator and mentor for Associate Account Managers and Account Managers.
  • Identify and implement on opportunities to scale and/or automate existing service offerings.
  • Steward client business by providing actionable, accurate, and timely analyses.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Stackline's various software products as a subject matter expert (SME) for clients.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.ย 
  • 6+ years of relevant account management experience.ย 
  • 6+ years of experience in display programmatic media.
  • 8+ years of demonstrable experience using data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, to draw insights, and Microsoft PowerPoint to create compelling and actionable stories.
  • 1+ years direct management experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of audience development, creative, and targeting strategies.
  • Demonstrated clear and concise written and oral communication skills.ย 
  • Strong sense of curiosity about new topics and challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized while prioritizing and managing workflows.ย 
  • Demonstrated experience drawing insights from data to provide recommendations to clients on e-commerce strategy.ย 

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the Amazon Advertising ecosystem or other retail media.ย 
  • Demonstrated ability to think big, work hard, and solve problems. ย 
  • Experience working in a startup, retail, digital advertising, or e-commerce environment.ย
